+: Reception! Fod was also ok, not a lot of choice but quality was better than other 5* hotels. Location is also a 15min walk to city center

-: There are 2 buildings, one near the beach and one accross the street. This was never mentioned in the pages. First we were booked accross the street, but thanks to helpfull reception was rebooked to location near beach.

-: Wir haben das Hotel für eine Woche gebucht und bekamen beim Checkin mitgeteilt, dass wir nach drei Tagen umziehen müssen, da das Hotel zum Saisonende schließt.Wenn man etwas bucht, will man diese Informationen vorher und nicht erst am Urlaubsort erfahren.

-: Nothing was like it looked like online. Very different to what we thought it would be. Still good staff.

+: The area of the hotel was large, the buildings were on both sides of the road. The view was amazing! Nice Mountain views. The location was good, just an hour's drive from Antalya airport. We organized the trips well through the Booking.com taxiservice. Local taxis were also reasonably priced. It was a 15-20 minute walk from the center of the hotel. There were many good shops, attractions and restaurants. The locals were friendly! The hotel had its own beach, where it was wonderful to swim. There was also a company on the beach that organized water sports. The sea water was still warm in October. Actually the sea water was warmer than the pool water, the pool water was not warm. In hot weather, the cooler water was refreshing. You could get good drinks from the pool bar, although the beer tasted diluted. The food was moderate, it kept hunger at bay. Lots of sweet desserts. The coffee was good, that's a small joy on a holiday trip. We would have liked more vegetables and fruits on offer, this would also be good for children. There was a snack bar in the beach area where you could get pizza and hamburgers. They were good!The room cleaning service worked well, we are grateful for that. Thanks to the hotel cleaners ❤️ the customer service was friendly and you got help by asking. The bartenders at the beach bar were funny.The price of the holiday was reasonable. We recommend going on vacation in Kemer!

-: We went to the hotel at night and got the wrong room. We had booked a room for three people. We got a room with only one double bed. We were disappointed and our daughter was tired and sleepy from traveling. The event was disappointing for the daughter because it was her first trip abroad. We got an extra bed in the room and we were promised a new room for the morning. Customer service was friendly in the morning, we got to see the room before we accepted it. Fortunately, it worked out and we got a room with a better view. We were satisfied and relieved. The beds were hard, but we were still able to sleep in them. The expectations for the hotel room were higher based on the pictures on Booking.com.There was a lot of food, but it could be diversified.

+: Bon Rapport qualité prix; l'accueil était bon le personnel de la réception était professionnel et courtois, nous avons réservé une chambre double et on nous a attribué une chambre familiale beaucoup plus spacieuse, ce que nous avons apprécié.

-: Pour ceux qui choisiront de loger dans les chambres de l'annexe comme c'était le cas pour nous, il devront traverser le boulevard qui le sépare du bâtiment principale pour se rendre aux restaurants et à la plage privée, ce n'était pas un problème pour nous mais c'est bon à savoir. Restauration Moyenne.

+: The beach is very close to the hotel and it was clean and there was enough beach beds available. The views were fabulous as Kemer is between mountains and the sea

-: Everything was as expected. Good value for the money, but if you want a little bit of luxury, better cocktails, better night parties and so on there are other hotels nearby that are more expensive but with better facilities and services.
