+: The size of the room was good but condensation from AC was hazardous. Because first morning we woke up my son slipped because floor was wet. We complained they showed us two rooms but their also same problem and room was smaller . Any way no other option them we put towels on the floor the picture is attached.

-: We will not really happy compared to money we paid .

+: We had an amazing and enjoyable stay at Amara. We stayed there for 8 nights in August and we quite enjoyed our time there. The hotel territory is quite huge with extensive green areas, aqua park, football and tennis courts, multiple swimming pools, even mini-golf and amphitheater. Animation team really did an amazing job. Through 8 nights we haven't felt bored at all, everyday they were doing different show in the evening and also entertaining the guests during the day by different activities. They were the best animation team I've ever seen honestly. At the Resort we really felt like we were staying in an ULTRA all inclusive resort although the price was quite affordable compared to other resorts that offered less facilities. So Amara definitely exceeded our expectations. Food was available 247, even ice creams, cocktails, snacks, desserts, Turkish coffee, all of that was available at any point of time and included in the cost, in addition to fridges located across the resort and at the beaches with water, soft drinks and other beverages. The food buffet had quite different varieties of choices everyday and was organised quite well. They also have an ala-carte 2 restaurants (Seafood and Turkish), that guests can try 1 time each restaurant free of charge (booking in advance is required). We enjoyed the experience at these restaurants and food was quite delicious. The beach water is quite clean and enjoyable with large number of sunbeds. The beach has some small pepple stones at the shore which might not be comfortable for some, however they also have 2 piers with sunbeds where you can directly go to water from them. The hotel staff were quite friendly and professional, and I would like to thank as well Ms. Margarita (Guest Relationship Manager) for always making sure we had a pleasant stay and for addressing instantly any requests we had.

+: I liked really our dedicated sales manager Margarita she was so kind and nice that she was messaging me on Whats App even before we arrived to ask me do we have some special requests or anything similar then during our stay she was taking care of us always showing an interest is everything ok and most importantly helping us to get a special food for our daughter when she was sick. Also receptionist who helped me to call the hospital that night when my daughter got stomach virus was really kind and supportive. The hotel itself is really nice and looks luxury inside but rooms definitely need serious renovation. You can eat all the time because there are so many places where you can find different types of food and deserts

-: If you are not Russian you will be in a problem because the whole stuff speaks only Russian few of them speaks English. And they are all supposing that you are from Russia and they are automatically speak to you in Russian and that’s super annoying. Breakfast was always the same dinner almost always the same as well. The main pool is so warm that we got ear infection from it because it is a good base for all types of bacteria. Rooms need serious renovation especially bathrooms.

+: Personel ve yöneticiler çok yakından ilgilendiler, çıkan sorunları çözdüler. Villa önündeki ortak havuzdan yararlandık. Tesisin genel olarak mimarisi, yerleşimi, agaçlandırma ve peysajı gayet iyi idi.

-: Sahilde denize girişte kum hiç yoktu ve rahatsız edici derecede taşlık idi, denizi bu nedenle yeterince kullanamadık. Yemekler ortalama idi, ancak restorandaki servis yöneticileri çok ilgilendiler. Rezervasyonumuz 3 adet iki kişilik oda idi, bize jest yapıp villaya transfer ettiler, ailecek bir arada olmak bizi memnun etti. Ancak villa artık yaşlanmış, ilk taşındığımızda tuvalet gideri tıkandı, çözmeleri bir günü aldı ve bir odanın kliması yeterli değildi. Villa havuzunda sirkülasyon olup olmadığını anlayamadık.

-: Le buffet est détestable, les voyageurs sont sales et irrespectueux. Tout traîne par terre les couloirs sont dans un état lamentable, la chambre est nettoyée très vite, vitre sale, matelas dur comme du béton, les douches sont moisies. Très peu d’animations, le personnel n’est pas agréable, toujours les mêmes activités au bord de la piscine, la musique toujours les mêmes aussi très fort. Le kids club ouvre a 10:00 personnel pas présent à l’heure. Les toboggans sont a 1,5 kilomètres de l’hôtel au même tarif que le kids club. Franchement je pourrais continuer tellement c’était nul.
