+: Good facilities, although some was not really open (like hammam) Food was fantastic, very good selection and changes daily. Good animation and programsshows. Nice pools. Kids loved it.

-: Staff!!! Some were impolite (especially in some of the bars , particularly the beach bar) Level of English of certain staff were poor. The drinks they made were not what was asked for (particularly in the beach bar) becasue they run out of certain ingredients but instead of saying that (or getting another bottle of something - which we found out later that was possible) they just made a drink with a random other ingredient. When I complained that it does not taste right they made another one again with another ingredient , then when I complained again they went to get the right bottle and made the drink right. Same happend on multiple occasions, even when for example the tonic for a gin and tonic was in in the fridge behind the back of the bartender...I had to ask to use it instead of some other soda.... No offense but perhaps these standards are just good enough for the Russian guests who does not care if Mohito is made with cheap Tequila or even Vodka as long as the alcohol content is high and the drinks are extremely strong. (which was high that much that in certain cases the cocktail tasted really bad and alcoholy). Probably they also do not mind impoliteness.... Sometimes it really felt like that they are doing a favour by serving me and I should be honoured.....Terrible experience from a 5* all inclusive hotel! Room floor was dirty (like sticky) and despite that we asked them to clean it after the first night, we had to do it ourselves 2 days later as we could not wait any longer. I would never visit again and it made me feel that I would not want to go back to Turkey again either. Service level is not at European standards and I am even from Eastern Europe where service level is not fully western European either.

+: чистий готель,постійно прибирають в номерах.З дітьми є чим зайнятись,на території є дитячий клуб ,та басейни.Різноманітне меню для дорослих і маленьких дітей .Навіть є дитячий ресторан з дитячим меню і мультиками,та дитячими п‘юрешками для наймолодших до року)

-: вікна номера виходили на сторону кухні,де готували страви на грилі.Інколи відчувався запах в номері.І в сусідньому готелі з тієї сторони лунала музика до 00:00 год ,не давали спати (праве крило готеля,що виходило в садна територію готеля)Великі камінці в морі на дні ,що потребує підвищеної уваги.

+: Took me a while to to get strength to write a review to this hotel. First of all… just wanted to tell thank you to the girls at guests relations department. They smoothed the rudeness of a terribly managed receptionist. With a rude attitude towards guests. He should be sucked for not complying and being extra rude to the guests and trying to make a quarrel when was approached in a nice way with the simple questions. Not acceptable if you are rating the hotel a 5 star. Not acceptable to be at the front of the house. It was very unpleasant. And not to spoil the holidays we were never approached him again. Management, please pay attention! And change him. I can see its not a first complain!!!!We paid extra to have a room with a sea view and superior double…. You could see from our photos that it was not what we expected. The room should be closed for repair and renovation. Leaking toilet, doors not closing to the bathroom, wet and damaged floor…. Is that a 5star rating?!!! Food was repetitive during our stay and hardly can be rated as 3 stars. Alcohol… local and unbearable to drink. Only champagne and beers.Towel kiosk - not spoke any languages but Turkish… closing the place before lunch and not returning cards for the towels… should be managed better: no towel cards and no closing.What we liked: territory - amazing! Well kept! Piers (second pier) with barmen - the best and polite young lads! Should be promoted to reception!!!! Well spoken a good English and ever so polite and attentive!

+: This luxurious hotel boasted over 7 buffets and specialized eateries, featuring an overwhelming variety and quantity and presentation of food, more than compensated by an underwhelming lack of taste and freshness. Perhaps had I not acquired a microscopic organizism during my stay, I would have had an additional 3 days to find food that satiated my pallet without expanding my waste.

-: The worst part of the stay was _not_ avoiding the rancorous shouting of the fitness instructor accompanied by k-pop techno-beats over the PA system by the pool, ostensibly providing the 20 or so water-calisthetic participants escape from peace and quiet while they embarrass themselves in front of the rest of the vacationers, but the entertrainment bunnies repeatedly shouting "show-time" for the hours between dinner and the evening's entertainment.
