-: Otele giriş yaptığımızda ketıl istedik bize içi pas tutmuş ketıl verdiler por çözle temizlemek zorunda kaldım. Kat çalışanı N. Hanım odaları hiç iyi temizlemiyordu. Oda kapısına odanızı temizler misiniz yazısı astık ancak kirli havlular süslü şekilde temız havlu gibi koyulmuş, söyledık ama hayır değiştirdik dedıler ama kızıl saç boyam vardı ve olduğu gibi duruyordu. Banyodaki sac kılları lavabo hiç temizlenmedı. Kahvaltı çeşidi cok azdı hergün aynı şeyler vardı. Internet hiç cekmiyordu. Resepsiyon her şey için tamam halledilecek deyip sallamıyorlar.

-: Hotel má své nejlepší za sebou,ale snaží se to nějak retušovat-opravovat,čistota pokulhává. Nejhorší je ranní snídaně na terase u bazénu za přítomnosti koček. Personál je přehlížel. Nedobré kafe. Nedobré pití - umělý prášek. Lednička na pokoji nefunkční.
