+: The spa facilities, the restaurant and the lady who serves at night at the restaurant is lovely and very helpful

-: The breakfast team who switches off the machine 45 mins before breakfast ends and speaks rudely when ask for something.The reception team very rude and do not care about helping guests or listening to queries.

-: A retirada imediata da comida após o término do pequeno-almoço. No primeiro dia cheguei para tomar o pequeno almoço (antes da hora de fecho) e quando fui para ir buscar mais alguma coisa, já tudo tida sido levantado numa questão de minutos (porque a hora de término do pequeno-almoço chegou).
