-: I didn't like the customer service which was terrible and racist as i had paid full in cash prior and still was told that our british passports would be kept which i argued and he said he would give me after a few hours until after 1minute i noticed him giv a local their passport within seconds. We would also.be ignored wen we ask for a service and be spoken at a rudely manner😕 also the facilities were completely optionless and the room stank of dead mice. Also the safe wouldn't work along with the bathroom door bieng faulty and the lock jamming whilst bieng inside and the bathroom not having any sort of way for the steam of the shower to exit leaving you to suffocate and faint .
