+: We enjoyed our stay very much. They were all very friendly and helpful during our stay, especially young Mohamed and Mr Cenk who was always available to help us. The hotel is very clean and the food excellent. The location is ideal, very close to the metro.

-: Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Die Duschkabine von Stehdusche war sehr klein und musste beim Duschen die Kabine auflassen. Das Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster. Das Frühstück passt nicht ein 5 Sternhotel

+: Vriendelijk personeel, toen we aankwamen was onze kamer nog niet beschikbaar. We kregen een andere kamer toegewezen voor èèn nacht. Die kamer viel tegen was erg benauwd, heel gehorig van de club die naast het hotel zit en geen raam of balkon voor frisse lucht. Volgende dag kregen we onze kamer die we geboekt hadden en die was prima. Elke dag werd er schoon gemaakt en schone handdoeken neergelegd.
-: Het ontbijt, lunch en diner deden we buiten de deur. Ook hing er vaak een muffe lucht.

+: عندما وصلنا للاوتيل جهزوا الغرفة سعة ثلاثة يعني بعد ساعة ونص من الوصول الغرفة نضيف معاملتهم حلوة والموقع جيد جدا ممكن اختار نفس الاوتيل مرة ثانية بشكل عام كل شئ جيد

+: Personeel was zeer behulpzaam. Eten was simpel (zowel ontbijt als diner). Zwembad was sinds twee dagen verboden voor kinderen onder de 12 jaar. Begreep dat dit te maken had met een incident. Kinderen hebben wel genoten van de jacuzzi op de kamer. Samengevat een prima verblijf gehad met behulpzame personeel. Prijskwaliteit is in verhouding.
-: Ontbijt en diner mag meer aandacht krijgen.
