+: The food was really good. It can get monotonous; however, they organised a Turkish night food theme that breaks the cycle. Also, guests are allowed to book the “Aegean Kitchen” restaurant one time during their stay. I can highly recommend it. Gözleme was awesome.The staff were really helpful.Overall, it is a good value for money. But do not expect too much.The location was great. The glorious mountain view is spectacular. There are pine trees all around and plenty of animals around, like cats, ducks, chickens, cockerels, seagulls, crows, and a peacock.You should also checkout the hamam with a massage. Almost everyone in the group took it, and everyone seems to be happy afterwards.Free backgommon boards

-: Rooms didn’t have much noise insulation. You get the music from outside. We have also heard couples arguing and moving furniture around in the middle of the night at least a couple of times.I also received a call from reception to turn the TV volume down (a very small TV with tiny speakers). Music from outside was even louder than the TV!We had 5 rooms. Four were okay, but the fifth room wasn’t clean. I’d think that they would check the room before giving it the key. However, I can’t complain too much about it, as they checked us in earlier than usual and cleaned it up ASAP.Getting in and out of the sea can be a challenge for elderly people with difficulties. It is because of the big rocks and stones between the two piers. A couple of people from the group have completely given up swimming in the sea because of this.There is no coffee in the rooms or in the reception area.The animation was a bit weak. So, we have avoided almost all activities and shows.

+: On a brighter note, the hotel offers some fantastic features. The area is beautiful, and the pools and the private beach are truly enjoyable. The variety of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is impressive, providing guests with plenty of choices to suit their tastes. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the bus station makes it convenient for travelers looking to explore Ankara or catch a flight at the airport. The staff members at the hotel were a delight to interact with. They were not only polite but also displayed a high level of professionalism, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible.

-: One significant downside was the lack of free internet access. The only place where you could access the internet for free was the reception area. If you wanted internet access in your room, you had to purchase it per person, which can be inconvenient and costly.

+: Aktivitäten, Entertainment Team war sehr nett

-: all-inclusive ist nicht gleich all-inclusive, ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit muss man für Getränke an der Bar und für „Standart“-getränke (türkischer Tee, türkischer Kaffee, Orangensaft) rund um die Uhr bezahlen. Das Wlan welches auch als Ausstattung versprochen wird ist nicht im Buchungspreis inkludiert.
