+: What I liked the most was the location of the residence and the staff that was polite, operational and professional.Still there are things to improve such as the property and hygiene: during my 4 days stay the sheets were not changed how do I know it? The pillow and the sheet had a blood spot ( I had a dental operation) the first day they did not change it afterwards I took the initiative and informed the receptionist still, nothing had been done.What unfortunate is that it’s such details that influences the whole stay.After all the staff was lovely and speak very good English which is rare in Turkey
