+: Hôtel avec excellente vue sur la corne dorée. Personnel aux petits soins, serviable, souriant et facilement disponible Late check-out accordé pour s'adapter à mon vol (Merci à Zeynep à ce sujet) Petit déjeuner diversifié avec un chef attentif aux commentaires et remarques des résidents . Merci Mehmet (Chef du restaurant) et à toute son équipe (Mehmet au service , etc.....) Calme et propreté Navette gratuite vers certains sites d'Istanbul Managers de l'hôtel très présents et engagés pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du staff
-: Environs de l'hôtel (quartier populaire avec des bâtiments d'un autre âge . Cela dit, cela ne dépend pas de l'hôtel mais de la ville ) Prévoir un moyen de transport pour les sites non desservis par la navette gratuite de l'hôtel (emplacement un peu excentré) Le petit déjeuner gagnerait à contenir plus de mets préparés au restaurant . Le chef a certainement les compétences et la volonté pour cela .

+: The breakfast should be improved with more fruits, fruit salad, and lactose-free products, and when we ask for boiled eggs 3,5 minutes, they should be done exactly like we demand and not hard-boiled.
-: The light system in the bedroom. Impossible to get only the night table lights. We asked for a technician who came very kindly to try to re-program the system in our bedroom, and it worked better. A central light switch should exist closer to the room door upon arrival. Do it simply; it will be better. Thank you.
