One of the best choices we have selected in the city of Gumusluk.
The beach can be reached in just 5 minutes. Crystal Hotel is located just a few steps from the Aegean Sea. It offers a private beach, an outdoor pool, a spa, and air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV and balcony.

+: La vista da questo hotel è impagabile specialmente all'orario del tramonto. La cucina è ottima e varia tranne per il pesce che è cucinato raramente e male. La pulizia si lascia desiderare specialmente nelle aeree comuni, camerieri poco attenti quando sparecchiano così finiscono per sporcare le sedie. La ragazza posta al mini bar dietro la reception sbuffa e storta il naso ogni volta che le si chiede un Turkish coffee. In spiaggia manca il wifi e il servizio navetta dovrebbe ritirare gli ospiti anche ad orari più tardi, alle 18 è troppo presto!!! In altre parti del mondo la gente ama stare in spiaggia anche fino alle 20. La sala biliardo senza aria condizionata e sporca, le stecche sono tutte rovinate. Nell'hammam il vapore è inesistente e il ragazzino è maleducato e non parla inglese. Comunque la cosa peggiore e che non ho tollerato è che la gente fuma ovunque senza rispetto altrui soprattutto nell' area dove si mangia.

+: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!! Ein riesiges Lob an Beyza! Sie macht ihren Job richtig super. Sie lächelt immer und ist sehr hilfsbereit.
-: Wir haben das Hotel gebucht da wir in der Nähe auf eine Hochzeit gegangen sind. Leider stimmt es, was wir in den Bewertungen gelesen haben: Die Zimmer sind sehr schmutzig. Wir hatten auch das Gefühl, dass das Bett nicht frisch bezogen war, da die Kopfkissen gebraucht rochen. Nachdem wir das an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, wurde das Bett direkt frisch bezogen. Ausserdem funktionierte unser Fernseher nicht. Auch dies meldeten wir an der Rezeption. Das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden. Da wir aber nur 2 Nächte da waren ging es auch ohne Fernseher. Das Hotel hat sooo viel potential, leider macht man nichts draus. In diesem Hotel hat die Führungsebene komplett versagt!
