+: Loved the location of the property everything was walking distance. Such as blue mosque, grand bazaar & fatih mosque etc

-: When we got to our rooms they were not cleaned properly. Toilets were disgusting with feces marks everywhere. The rooms were cramped and nothing like the pictures. We were not warned about the work going on in the property so the room we initially booked is not available. Our room was street shops facing so at night we can hear all the road works drilling etc. it was super noisy. The breakfast selection was very very basic and the breakfast staff were very rude and do not speak english. You basically just have to take what you get. When something is finished and you ask for refill the lady chef just gives you a dirty look and makes you feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t come back again to be honest the treatment was awful. The room sockets never worked only one was working that we had to share. The room key always stopped working so every time your desperate to get to your room you have to go back down n reset the key. Some days they would take away our toilet roll not sure what the reason for that was.
