-: Parfois le personne, pas tous mais certain oui .Pas accueillant pour certains . Niveau hygiène moyen pour la piscine et le Hammam aucune désinfection après la fermeture . Un des employé au nom de Bursa a voulu que je prenne un taxi avec lui pour le transfert à l’aéroport il m’a dit de ne pas en parler à l’hôtel . Faites attention !!!

+: Der Spa Bereich war zwar klein aber ok
-: Nachdem mein Zimmer an der Strasse lag und dort 24 Stunden gehupt wurde, konnte ich die Fenster nicht öffnen, zusätzlich ist ständig die Klima ausgefallen, weshalb ich den schon etwas gereizten Portier um Hilfe bitten musste. Die russische Putzfrau machte durch Gesten deutlich, dass sie mein Zimmer jeden Tag putzte und Trinkgeld wollte, was schon etwas frech war. Zum Frühstück kam ich fast nicht, es durch einen operativen Eingriff an mir selbst nicht möglich war, aufgefallen ist mir nur dass es am Donnerstag Rührei gab. Am letzten Tag gab es kein warmes Wasser mehr zum duschen. Dinge die an die Wand geschraubt wurden, fielen fast runter, geschweige die unschönen Fugen im Badezimmer. Das WC war so knapp am Waschbecken montiert, dass man schon ein Künstler sein musste dort Platz zu nehmen.

Hotel is really old and needs some repair to be done urgently!!!I was supposed to have a room with a sea view but mine was with a garbage view, later they changed it for me but previously lying that this room is busy and will be available in 2 days. Shower was leaking. We had water on the floor after shower. Very small room. No place for suitcase

-: Breakfast did not include any kind of juice. In the room we had to several ask for the towels and toilet paper what was missing once we entered the room. Shower missed the second door and shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. The hotel, I believe, has a great potential by its location and also basic look, but the staff and manager has to take care more and also it needs more money to be invested. For the price what we paid I was expecting way more.
