+: I really liked the staff and the room - I got a spacious suite. It was also very clean, the bed was comfortable and they also served nice breakfasts.
-: I didn't find slippers, and it was a bit difficult to turn on the shower but these are just little details - overall a very good impression

+: Es gab immer Wasser zum trinken an der Rezeption. Massagen waren super. Personal super freundlich. Konnten auch ne Std später auschecken.
-: Kaum Fernesehkanalauswahl. Doppelbett war super, lt Freunden Einzelbetten schlecht. Im Bad fehlende Aufhängmöglichkeiten, Silikonfugen undicht, Dusche unberechenbar (heiß kalt). Fenster undicht. Saunabereich fehlen hacken, Dampfsauna unschöner Geruch. Essen und Trinken im Hotel übertrieben teuer.
