-: Old hotel, noisy room, windows, absolutely noisy bed.The window was broken uncleaned. Bathroom old and broken. And the last negative thing was the smell of room which was absolutely bad for those who didn’t smoke. Couldn’t sleep the first night.

+: The hotel is located on the perimeter of Istanbul, just outside the old fortifications. The good news is that public transportation is excellent so very handy. Also close to a shopping centre and solid selection of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was modest but about what I’d expect for the money.
-: Frankly, the hotel has seen better days. The bed was comfortable, but furniture showed obvious wear and tear. The tv had no signal and the shower head was broken, spraying water in assorted directions. The apartment window didn’t close correctly… and carpets would deserve a good shampoo.

+: The manager was very helpful and tried to make arrangements, but responses such as "all the safety boxes are broken, we've ordered new ones but they haven't arrived yet" were not only unhelpful but also seemed dishonest. The neighbourhood is cool, there is a mall very close where we can find several restaurants. The view from the rooftop is quite beautiful.
-: The photos on the booking site did not accurately represent the actual hotel. Initially, we were given a very dirty room. After one night, we were moved to a better room, but it still did not match the description provided. The room lacked a safety box, it was not soundproof, and the window hardly closed, making it hard to sleep, we could hear the cars passing by. There was no minibar, and the small fridge was broken. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain, and the breakfast offered was very basic. Overall, the room did not meet the specifications listed
