+: Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel met name Emin bey was heel aardig. Lekker ontbijt met verse producten. Ruime kamers met een sterke airco en genoeg kasten. Heerlijk gegeten in Lokanta restaurant, ook de roomservice was heel erg lekker.

+: Otelin her bir bölümünde görevli personel çok güleryüzlü ve işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlar. Check-in esnasında Eray Bey son derece profesyonel bir şekilde tüm süreci yönetiyor. Odaya girişte ve eşyaların taşınmasında Emin Bey samimiyetle yardımcı oluyor. Kahvaltı bölümünde Filiz Hanım, Housekeeping’de Kübra Hanım çok güleryüzlü ve işini çok severek yapıyor. Plaj bölümünde Veysel Bey herkesle tek tek ilgileniyor. Her kademedeki personel gerçekten çok iyi eğitimli ve işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlar. Otelin mimarisi, denizi, iskelesi çok güzel. Odalar çok konforlu ve kullanışlı. Havuzu oldukça büyük. Açık büfe kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve çok kaliteli. Ve saat 11:30’a kadar kahvaltı imkanı olması çok iyi. Ücretsiz özel otopark, spor salonu, sauna gibi imkanlar ayrıca çok iyi. Odalarda bir ütü ve bir ütü masası bulunuyor. Odadaki kozmetik ürünler çok kaliteli. Bu otelde herşey kusursuz.

-: Odalardaki televizyonlar smart tv değil. Netflix, youtube gibi platformları izleme imkanı olmuyor. Plajın hemen yanında su aktiviteleri merkezi var. Bu merkeze ait jet skilerle otelin plajına geliyorlar, bu esnada hem benzin kokusu rahatsız ediyor hem de tedirginlik veriyorlar.
