+: We (a family of four) had an excellent stay. Both the hotel and its surrounding territory are cosy and well-maintained. There is a small private sandy beach, clean and with lifeguard on duty, plus a nice wooden platform with sunbeds next to the beach. The swimming pool is very nice (and large) and the tennis court is well maintained. The reception service is very efficient and very friendly. Separate mention is due of the room cleaning maids - they manage to work very quickly and somehow invisibly for the guests, as if the rooms are cleaning themselves! The rooms are equipped with all one needs and the beds are quite comfortable.
-: There is a distinct area where improvement would be welcome, particularly for the benefit of non-Turkish guests - the restaurant service. Most of the restaurant staff seem to be temporary employees, so (a) they are not trained for restaurant service (forget orders, make guests wait for too long, etc) and (b) they speak almost no English. As a result the impression from meals (both at breakfast and later in the day) is often spoiled by mistakes and inefficiency, although the food itself is quite good.
