+: One of the best hotel I stayed in. Everything was perfect,like service, original design of room, hall etc, hospitality, just everything!

+: Huge room,Absolutely stunning, location was perfect, mostly walking distance. Perfectly clean. Staff was helpful

-: Breakfast without buffet, not suitable if u are in a hurry. But food was amazing

+: My mum and I stayed in Divan Cukurhan for my mum's 80th birthday. The place is amazing, the staff was very polite and very helpful. The room was great with great city views. The museum next door was great and was free for the hotel guests. There was a pianist in the evening played beautiful music and atmosphere was amazing. They even left a little birthday cake for my mum's birthday, totally exceptional place.

+: The location, the hotel, the food at the restaurant.

-: Staff are very nice but communication was a problem. They also only gave two bottle of water, rest you had to pay.

+: The hotel maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout, ensuring a pristine environment for guests. The room provided was spacious and well-appointed, with the beds offering exceptional comfort. The option to select from a variety of pillows added a personalized touch to the accommodation. One could even chose an orthopaedic pillow. Convenient car parking . The breakfast was being served on the table rather than a buffet. Additionally, the proximity to Ankara Castle and the charming bazaar adjacent to the hotel provided ample opportunities for exploration and immersion in the local culture.

-: I was surprised to learn from reception that irons are not provided in guest rooms and that ironing services through room service incur an additional charge. This policy, unlike those of other establishments, inconveniences guests and detracts from the overall experience.I must admit that this is the first instance in which I have encountered such a rule. While I understand the importance of adhering to hotel policies and regulations, I would advise the management to reconsider this particular policy.Providing ironing facilities in guest rooms is not only a common amenity expected by many travelers but also contributes to enhancing the overall guest experience.

+: I liked the cozy and comfortable room, with a nice view of the city. The bed was soft and the pillows were fluffy. The room was also very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, so close to Ankara Kalesi. I could easily walk to the museums, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, with a lot of charm and character.

-: There was no full-length mirror or refrigerator in the room.

+: Die ruhige Lage, das schöne Ambiente und die tollen Zimmer.

-: Alles ist soweit perfekt, ich finde die Preise für Alkohol schon sehr hoch für türkische Verhältnisse. Aber ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass es bei allen eclusiven Hotels in der Türkei ähnlich ist.
