+: Je suis ravie d'avoir choisi cet hôtel, il est magnifique et impeccablement propre. Je voudrais exprimer ma gratitude envers le personnel qui est incroyablement serviable, attentif et bienveillant envers nous, mention spécial à Burhan, Muhammed, Mubarek, et la personne avec les cheveux bouclés et tous les autres. Un des points forts de cet hôtel est son personnel agréable.

-: L'hôtel est situé à proximité de certaines zones qui peuvent être un peu risquées la nuit. Cependant, Taksim n'est qu'à 15 minutes de marche.Nous avons rencontré un léger souci avec le chauffage, mais grâce à l'intervention rapide du personnel, le problème a été résolu en un rien de temps
