+: Service was outstanding. Room was absolutely clean

+: Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten außerhalb der Unterkunft, viele Tiere für Kinder, wie z. B. Hasen, Tauben, Hunde und Katzen.3-5 Minuten zur Innenstadt, Parkmöglichkeiten.

-: O-Saft hat extra gekostet, wegen den Kindern. Zimmerservice auf Anruf, Abendessen überteuert.

+: Really great place, with excellent areas to relax including garden.

+: The area is set up beautifully including a pool, outdoor eating,gorgeous roof top views, manicured grounds, great relaxation area, great dining room staff , breakfast,pets bunnies, dogs and ducks.

-: The front staff was immature , friendly only to sell you on Balloon rides and day trips. The TV remote was not working correctly and the guy told me just press this side button on the back. It's not important. The toilet was leaking constantly and he originally had someone look at it. Then proceeded to tell me I have to leave during the day So pay for an all day tour. That way I am out of the way. It is your Freaking toilet and you wanted me to pay an over inflated price! Then insult me by telling me why waste my time there if I won't spend $$. Wanted to smack him.

+: Breakfast was good, with lots of variety. Though the pool was quite small, it was big enough for a dip and it was heated, which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

-: Just a minor thing. I found the lighting in the Cave room to be a little dim around the tea-making area. An extra light here would have been good.

-: Even though i know that is a cave hotel. The toilet seat was cracked a bit therefore it bit my ass every time I sit. They need to replace it. The shower door wasnt clean. And they only small trashbin in the toilet which wasnt good for family specially who is coming with toddlers.
