This family-run pension is located in the city center of Kusadasi, only a 10-minute walk from the Aegean Sea. The property includes a stone building with all-white exteriors, an outdoor pool and a green garden.
The bright rooms of Villa Fortin Pension feature tiled floors and wooden furniture. They all have a balcony.
Each morning starts with a rich breakfast buffet at Villa Fortin. Guests can have their breakfasts in the garden, under the shades of the trees. Refreshing drinks and snacks are also available at the pension’s bar.
The sandy Ladies Beach is 5 minutes from the property via a minibus that stops 1 minutes' walk away. The lively streets of Kusadasi are only a 10-minute walk away with popular bars and nightclubs. Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is within 43 mi.

+: Es un hotel limpio. Está cerca de la avenida principal pero no dónde el ruido. La calle donde se encuentra puede parecer algo lúgubre pues está muy oscuro

+: Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage ist in Ordnung, man kommt recht schnell Richtung Meer und Zentrum. Parkplätze in der Umgebung, allerdings öffentliche.
-: Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Einrichtung ziemlich herunter gerockt und sehr spartanisch. Gleiche gilt für den Poolbereich. Bei dem Preis würde ich mir auch Shampoo und ähnliches wünschen, es wurde nur Seife bereitgestellt. Die aber schon ausgepackt und offensichtlich benutzt. Nur eine einzige Steckdose im ganzen Zimmer. Wenn man eine Klimaanlage haben möchte, muss man einen Aufpreis zahlen (wird im Kleingedruckten Beschrieben). Bei den Temperaturen sollte diese standardmäßig enthalten sein. Die Klimaanlage ist aber gleichzeitig auch sehr laut. Sauberkeit nur oberflächlich gegeben. Auf Spiegel und anderen Oberflächen noch deutliche Flecken zu erkennen.

+: Convenient location, central bus stop in few minutes, diners, stores and post office not far from the property, simple way to the waterfront (10-15 min by foot). Clean room and spacious balcony, garden around the house Host family were very kind and responsive. We enjoyed our stay
-: A fridge in the room would be nice, that's all.And walking in this part of the city requires caution due to traffic, but this applies to almost the entire city
