+: The location is super! The front desk man at the morning shift and the bellboy were awesome and very helpful, very clean room and you can drink coffee, juice or pastries anytime at the lobby.

-: I came to this hotel before but they changed the breakfast variety and quality, before the breakfast food was so delicious and was Turkish food and there was a chef makes omelet and many Turkish variety food and that was what distinguished this hotel and make it special but now unfortunately they serve food as other hotels, I felt frustrated because the hotel it is Turkish design and authentic but with European food like other hotels made it less quality.From the room you can hear people talk and that was noisy.

+: Interestingly the building is from the ottoman style and concept. The room decor and furniture styles also from the ottoman period. When we informed them about the problems with the toilet facilities, we were given free upgrades to a much bigger room. The breakfast was superb. We also enjoyed the free refreshments in the concourse area. Going upstairs is through the staircase. Staff at the restaurant prepare Turkish coffee every morning. I asked for iron and they send it to my room. The metro is possibly about 10 minutes walk from the hotel . The staff very courteous and polite. I left my wallet in the safe box and the hotel management informed me about it. Thank you very much.

+: Location was fantastic and walkable for the main sights. The restaurant was delicious although this is separate to the hotel. The bed was super comfortable. Elvin was amazing at helping us organise a very last minute spa and directing us to some boat trips etc.

-: The room got very hot as our room was on the top floor in the eaves but cooled quickly with air con.

+: Hotel eccezionale, rapporto qualità-prezzo incredibile! La camera è piccola ma accogliente e contiene tutto quello che serve, compreso un balcone davvero piacevole. Posizione comodissima, un vero piacere uscire ogni mattina e passare davanti alla Moschea Blu, a cinque minuti a piedi. Colazione abbondante e variegata, ogni mattina non vedevo l'ora di mangiare cose nuove! Lo staff sempre sorridente e cordiale, non hanno mai mancato di salutarci e chiederci come stavamo. Su cinque sere, tre abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel, vista la location davvero graziosa e i piatti deliziosi! Insomma, davvero una scoperta, se torneremo a Istanbul verremo sicuramente qui! Bravissimi!
