-: Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Glamour Hotel eine große Enttäuschung! Wir vergeben 1 Punkt für das freundliche Personal, das sich sehr bemüht hat, unseren Aufenthalt zu verbessern. Wir hatten das Hotel aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen gebucht, was sich als großer Fehler herausstellte! Das Hotel ist extrem dreckig, eng und hellhörig. Unser Zimmer war in einem katastrophalen Zustand: schmutzige Toilette, Haare überall – im Bett, auf dem Boden und auf den Kaffeestäbchen. Auf dem Tisch war eine gelbe Flüssigkeit, und an der Seite des Bettes klebte eine getrocknete Masse, vermutlich Erbrochenes. Das winzige Badezimmer (Flugzeugtoilette ist größer!) verursachte Platzangst, und der Abfluss stank extrem. Wir beschwerten uns sofort und bekamen nach drei Nächten ein neues Zimmer und es wurde eine Erstattung für 2 Nächste angeboten. Aber auch das neue Zimmer war nicht sauber, mit Haaren im Bett und Schimmel in der Dusche. Zudem lag das Zimmer direkt unter dem Restaurant, was zu ständigem Lärm und Gerüchen führte, einschließlich starkem Zigarettenrauch. Die dünnen Fenster ließen den gesamten Straßenlärm durch. Wir fragten nach keinem neuen Zimmer und sprachen das Personal nicht mehr an, da das gesamte Hotel schmutzig war und ein weiterer Wechsel in ein weiteres dreckig Zimmer nichts gebracht hätte- Offensichtlich wurde seit Jahren nicht richtig gereinigt. Wir wollten das Hotel wechseln, jedoch fanden wir kein freies Hotel im Umkreis. Trotz der Bemühungen des Personals war der Aufenthalt wegen mangelnder Sauberkeit, Lärms und Geruchs unerträglich. Am Ende bat uns ein Mitarbeiter sogar, eine 10-Sterne-Bewertung auf Booking.com zu hinterlassen, obwohl er unsere Beschwerden kannte. So kommen wohl die positiven Bewertungen zustande. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden guten Bewertungen zukünftig nicht mehr trauen! Die Bilder sprechen für sich!

+: Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. The staff was very polite, and helped us with everything. Amazing rooftop restaurant where they serve breakfast, and at night we went up for drinks with an amazing view.

-: Room was quite small, and a bit tight. Breakfast was ok, not much variety. It is right next to a Mosque, so you can hear the praying in the middle of the night. Quite noisy rooms.

+: The location of the hotel was very convenient it was close to misirgrand bazar, and many, many restaurantscafes step away from the hotel. Upon booking , I mentioned our wedding anniversary they decorated the room very nicely complimentary. It was a great surprise that they paid extra attention to special occasion. The staff were very helpful and kind.The sea view from the deluxe room was fabulous. The main restaurant view is breakthing as well.I would definitely go back to this wonderful hotel.

-: The breakfast was from 0730-1030am, but after around half 9, they don't fill up the sections of croissants, bread etc it's like first come, first serve. They should have full breakfast items til 1030am.

+: Everything was great, especially the cleanliness, the location, and the staff, especially MR kassim. I loved the place very much, and I don’t think I will stay anywhere else again.

+: Il nostro soggiorno al Glamour hotel è stato fantastico, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Il personale fa di tutto per soddisfare le tue richieste. Inizialmente ci avevano assegnato una camera un po' piccola per trascorrere nove giorni con un bimbo di due anni. Quando l'ho fatto presente e chiesto se ci fosse una stanza più grande mi hanno subito accontentata e senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Il ristorante all'ultimo piano davvero buono e con vista spettacolare. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

-: La colazione purtroppo lascia un po' a desiderare perché ha davvero poca scelta di alternative dolci.
