+: Staff were very welcoming and helpful Hotel was close by to Hagia Sophia, less than 10mins of walking

-: Room was a bit small

+: A fost foarte curat și personalul foarte generos și Zeynep o foarte bună femeie

-: A fost totul ok

+: Location was excellent, only few minutes walk from the blue mosque or hagia Sofia. The staff were fantastic and helpful. We had reached very late at night with two little boys , they went out of their way to arrange dinner for us at that time of night. Specially Yilmez, Burak, Bahar, Vahap, shahin, zainab thank you guys, you were really fantastic.

-: Not that glamorous as it looks on the pictures but good enough.

+: El personal de la recepción y en el desayuno, es muy amable y el living que tienen en la recepción es muy cómodo. El desayuno es bueno y la ubicación esta bien.

-: Pedimos cama matrimonial o de dos plazas. Ellos juntaron 2 camas de 1 plaza, pero los respaldos no se movían, por lo tanto, la cama quedaba descuadrada, además los respaldos tenían figuras de bronce que como estaban corridos, uno apoyaba la cabeza y se golpeaba con la figura. Tampoco funcionaba la calefacción de la habitación, (la general si funcionaba). Se soluciono con más almohadas y arreglaron el aire. No tenían cucharas de te en el desayuno, usaban unos palitos para revolver.
