-: The staff was Not cooperative enough ...did not allow us to stay an hour late than normal checkout time despite we had three rooms n we requested for only one ... They made us wait in the lobby which had no ac n we had little kids with us... So pretty uncomfortable I must say

+: Beside location, the only positive of this hotel is the fantastic view of the Blue Mosque from the rooftop restaurant.
-: We chose this hotel for a long weekend stay in Istanbul for a reunion of two families because of its location, high rating on Booking.com, and its status as a 4-star hotel. We therefore booked two rooms. However, besides from the location, everything else was disappointing. At least two of the hotel's stars seem to have been picked from the sky because: 1. Both rooms were not clean. We found a lot of long hairs on the chair and even a piece of dried gum on the table, likely left by a previous guest. The bathroom was also not clean, and our bathtub had a leak, which created a small flood after showering. 2. The service was poor. There was no service and no air conditioning in the lobby. Although the rooftop restaurant was open, no service was provided in the evening. There was only one waiter who simply 'waited' until 10:15 pm to inform us that he was closing the "restaurant". 3. The breakfast was okay, but certainly not of 4-star quality. Most of the bread was dry, and other food were not so fresh. You have to pay 8 Euros for fresh orange juice — YES, 8 Euros! This is nonsense! 4. The information provided at the lobby was also not helpful. They tried to push us into ordering a taxi to go back to the airport, claiming that there was no public transport to IST Airport, which was not true. It was no surprise that the hotel wasn't fully booked.
