+: The staff helped us carry the bags upstairs.

-: It was dirty. Other people's rubbish behind desk, not cleaned properly. Dust and dirt everywhere. Mould around tap, no proper curtains and half finished curtain rails, lamp hanging on a thread, only 1 of the 3 bulbs worked. Tehy didn't service our rooms every day and when we asked about it they just shrugged their shoulders, couldn't care less. I will never stay there again and I hope you will listen to my teview and not stay there.
