+: This hotel was allocated to us as part of the Turkish Airlines Istanbul Stopover free accommodation program, which is a great idea. We extended one more night at a very reasonable cost. Good location within a pleasant 5 - 10 mins walk of the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet and the Çemberlıtaş Tram stop that connects to Galata, Eminonu etc. Breakfast was good. The room was reasonably well renovated although the building seems on the aged side.

-: The uphill walk to the attractions was fine for us, especially as it was winter, but may be a problem for some folks.

+: Die Betten waren gemütlich und die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alle Wünsche wurden immer gerne erfüllt Yusra ein Schatz

+: Hotel is accessible to most of the tourist sites, ferries, tram, shopping and restaurants. Room is clean. Breakfast was good.

-: Les chambres sont non fumeur et malgré cela j'avais une odeur permanente de fumée de cigarette dans ma chambre Sinon prévoir de aerer et ou parfumer les chambre avant l'arrivée des clients Arrivée à 20h pour le chek in ,ma chambre sentait une odeur d'égout A côté de ma chambre la porte de secours ne se ferme pas au 6eme étage donc souci de sécurité et j'avais très froid dans la chambre car avec le vent la porte s'ouvre complètement Attention aux draps et protège matelas propre mais déchiré
