+: One of the best locations downtown. If you travel by car and have a busy sightseeing schedule you are right across ferry station and the hotel has a backyard parking lot, which is a deficit amenity in the block. Helpful staff.

-: It seems many of the rooms are for smokers. Make sure you specify you need a non-smoker room to avoid some complications.
