Puis elle a pas de fenêtres selon lui je zoom sur la photo il y a bien des fenêtres mais changement d'avis de celui-ci la chambre est prise.Il reste la 3eme c'est une chambre double +1 petit lit au debut il refuse sous prétexte que nous sommes 2 alors que c'est pour 3 personnes puis Il accepte sous réserve que je règle 187euros ce que nous avons fait.Je trouve cela lamentable pour un établissement d'avoir autant de mauvaises foi et de mensonges.Je ne recommande pas du tout cette hôtel

+: Goremeに泊まる全ての方にお薦めしたいホテルです。私達はデニズリからGoreme到着予定6時45分のバスであったが、2時間も早く着いてしまった。 辺りはまだ暗い中、不安を抱えながらも、バス停から徒歩3分と迷わずたどり着き、こんな早朝にフロントに誰も居ないかと思いきや、ボルカンさんは笑顔で向かい入れてくれました。まだ部屋には入れないが、眺めの良いテラスで過ごしてと、ソファーの上で寝転び、目の前で辺りが暗い中100機近くの熱気球がゆっくり膨らみ昇る、素敵な光景を楽しませて貰えました。その後朝食の始まる時間までテラスで寛いでいたら、チャイとケーキをシベルさんが持ってきてくれました。チャイは2杯目も。標高が1,000mと高い為、8月後半でも朝夕はとても涼しくエアコンが無い部屋でしたが大きな扇風機で充分でした。テラスからはローズバレーも見え､眺めは最高。爽やかな風が心地よく､すっと眺めていたい景色です。日本を旅立つ前からの質問については、ナリンさんが的確に素早く回答してくれました。ホテルで予約した気球のツアーは24社ある中で１番良いと、まさしくその通りで、他の気球より高くまで上がり、奇岩ぎりぎりまで近づいてくれて最高な時間を過ごせました。空港までの送迎も飛行機の時間に合わせてホテル前でピックの格安料金での手配もしてくれました。何かあったら、笑顔がかわいいナリンさんが答えてくれますよ！気球の支払をドルとユーロの紙幣のかき集めでの支払でも、クレバーで働き者のボルカンさんが笑顔で対応してくれました。スタッフのみなさんが心から私達を向かい入れてくれて、街を楽しんでの気持ちが伝わりました。旅好きな私達､忘れない素敵な街､忘れない素敵なHistorical Goreme Houseです。

-: We are a family who vacations at least three times a year, and we've stayed in many places around the world, from boutique hotels to the most luxurious ones. By far, this was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. If I were to list the reasons:First, we booked the queen room that appeared to be the most comfortable, spacious, and luxurious in the photos. Since our children are 1.5 and 7 years old, it's not possible for us to stay in separate rooms. If we have to admit our mistake, the system did indicate that this room was not suitable for four people, but it still allowed us to book it. We thought we could solve the problem by requesting a cot bed since this was the largest room available. When we arrived, they showed us a completely different room which wasn’t what we saw on pictures and offered to place us in what they called a "family room." They told us that this room was actually more expensive but that we wouldn’t need to pay the difference. However, the room turned out to be a triple room and, as we later discovered by checking the system, was actually £60 cheaper than the room we had originally booked.no refund made.Secondly, the room they gave us was absolutely not suitable for children. The electrical cables were exposed. We attached a photo.Thirdly, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep at all because they made noise every time we moved. They were extremely old. The soaps and shampoos in the room were of very poor quality. When we reported this to the hotel, they told us that the quality of the amenities varies according to the room. In other words, if you stay in a cheap room, you get cheap amenities 😊Fourthly, the breakfast was unbelievable for a Turkish hotel. They had no issue putting out fruits and vegetables from the previous days. There were very few options. There were no pastries, bagels, börek, local cheeses, jams, or anything like that.

+: This is very nice cave hotel. Beautiful room, hotel decor and modern clean bathroom and shower. Breakfast spread is nice and the terrace has beautiful views and we spend a lot of time there. It is also a good place to watch hot air balloons in the morning and sunset in the afternoon. Everyone in the hotel was nice. We love Narin. She is so friendly and such fun to talk to. We learned a lot from her about the Turkish culture.
