+: Le personnel était vraiment très gentil et serviable . Le gérant nous a donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin pour nous déplacer et visiter les sites de la ville . De plus il nous a raccompagnés gratuitement à la gare de la ville pour notre départ. Nous avons fait 4 hôtels durant notre séjour et concernant le personnel , c’était celui-ci le mieux est de très loin . Un grand merci à lui ainsi qu’a son collègue. L’architecture des chambres est vraiment remarquable . Cela change des hôtels "classique" et cela offre un côté plus authentique. La vue est également remarquable puisqu’il est possible de contempler les montgolfières au matin .
-: Le seul petit point à noter serait la lumière rouge émanant, je pense, de l’alarme anti-incendie située au plafond de la chambre où nous étions . Elle est un peu trop lumineuse la nuit . Après, il suffit de se tourner d'un côté du lit pour ne plus la voir donc ça n'est pas si grave en soi. J’aurais dû demander s’il était possible de la réduire ou de la désactiver .

+: Good location and pretty quiet. The rooftop terrace was nice to see the sunrise and sunset. Didn't eat at the hotel. It was more than we usually eat and more expensive.

+: L’hôtel est bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds des restaurants de la ville. Le responsable de l'établissement est très sympathique et pleins de bons conseils. Toutes les visites organisées par son intermédiaire ont été parfaites et d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.
-: Rien à redire l'ensemble était conforme à l'attendu.
