+: The food is really good, the archery activity was amazing too with the training we took there, we really enjoyed it. Guest relations team are really professional and helpful.
-: Fish restaurant was really bad, but we got a replacement with the Italian restaurant which was really delicious.

+: Our overall experience at this hotel was really good. The staff was really nice and helpful. I was impressed with their "pillow service" - where you can order a pillow per your needs. They had several Ala card restaurants, and we visited the Asian one. It was ABSOLUTELY DELISIOUS! This visit covered all our so-so experiences with the food in the main restaurant. I should say that we were at this hotel in winter so maybe during the summer season the food and other facilities are usually better.
-: I must note that the condition of the room and building needs to be repaired. And during our stay, they actually were repairing something. For example, in our room, the air conditioner was about to die:) It didn't warm the room enough, fortunately, the weather was fine. And I remember that the roof leaked after the rain. Also, I expected more from their main restaurant. The food was just fine, not bad but sometimes it was too dry and seemed to be unfresh. I should say that we were at this hotel in winter so maybe during the summer season the food and other facilities are usually better.
