+: Die Lage im Stadtteil Eminönü (Sirkeci) liegt natürlich mitten im Geschehen und man hat es nicht weit zu allen bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das im Haus untergebrachte Restaurant bieten eine gute Qualität an Speisen und Getränke.

-: Die Halbinsel ist allerdings sehr belebt, man kommt in der Menschenmenge nur schwer voran und kann auch schnell die Übersicht verlieren, wo man sich befindet. Die Zimmer im Ilkay sind etwas zu klein aber peinlich sauber. Frühstück im angrenzenden Lokal ist akzeptabel unnd ausreichend, jedoch die Tische sind winzig und man wird ständig von irgenwelchen Leuten angestossen. Nicht optimal.

-: Furniture and carpets were very gruby. I'm sure they were clean but covered in stains.I know its a 3 star but need to update its furniture and carpets Internet hit and miss. Not reliable
