+: Yemek çeşitliliği ve lezzeti yeterliydi. Restoranda çalışan görevliler ilgiliydi.
-: Odası çok dar, Küçük çocuğum için beşik rica ettim ve hazır değildi biz geldikten sonra getirdiler, odada giyinirken 5 dk kapıda beklemesini rica ettim işim var diye kapıdan sesi geldi görevlinin.. Odaya bir de beşiği sıkıştırınca iyice daraldık. Odalar 5 yıldızlı otellere göre gerçekten küçük.. 4-5 gün geçirilecek ferahlıkta değil. Beşiğin içinde de çiğnenmiş sakız vardı, döşeğin altında. Ve odada hep bir sigara kokusu vardı rahatsız olduk. Eşyaları çok da yeni bir otel değil. Deniz otele 5 dk araba mesafesinde ve 30 dk bir otobüsleri vardı. Hitap ettiği müşteri sınıfı genel olarak ailelerdi ama havuz bölümünde güneşlenirken yan şezlonguma 3 genç erkek arkadaş geldi gürültülü şekilde şakalaşıyorlar ve ellerindeki telefonla sürekli fotoğraf çekiyorlar, benim güneşlendiğim tarafı da çektiğini farkedince kalkıp gittim ordan.. O kadar rahatsız ediciydi ki yerimden kalkıp başka yere gitmek zorunda kaldım.. Yani bu tür müşterilerle de karşılaşabilirsiniz.. Havuz bölümüne dışardan müşteri alıyorlar mı emin değilim ama müşteriler konusunda dikkatli değiller.. Her türden insanla karşılaşabilirsiniz..

-: حجزت غرفه بسرير واحد مزدوج لكن عند تسجيل الدخول اعطوني غرفه بسريرين منفصلين واخبرتهم باني قمت بحجز غرفه بسرير واحد لكن رفضوا استبدالها واخبروني بان الفندق كان ممتلأ

+: Everything was really great: the welcoming, the rooms (super clean, with the 2 separated areas for family with kids, balcony, closet…), all the ameneties, the number of pools (for young kids, teenagers, adults), the animations for all ages, the amazing food variety that is impressive, the way they make your life easy for everything (to rent a car for example), the location close to the parc of legends and the beach, etc! It’s really an amazing place where you can stay a full week without getting bored ! We’ll come back a 3rd time for sure !
-: Almost nothing. Maybe more European breakfast options (like crepes or pain au chocolat).
