+: Everything was good and we were completely satisfied.Friendly staff and clean facilities throughout.
-: Perhaps more info about the events and activities to be done on site and around the place. The lunch and dinner menu could have been slightly better but overall, there was always an option for all (kids included). On site prices from shops are ridiculously inflated. But that is a standard on any such all inclusive resorts.

+: The hotel is located near the beach, but you need to drive for 3 minutes or walk for 20 minutes. It is also near the Land of the Legends, which is a perfect place during summer when the Theme park is working. The best part is the great shopping center inside the Land of the Legends which is 3 minutes walking to hotel. If you love shopping, I really recommend it. The hotel was partially functional during the winter time when we were there, but it was good. The food was night and rooms were comfortable.
-: There were some areas for improvement of course :D. The lift was out of order for 2 days and when we informed reception they did not respond anything about it ;) The steam sauna was not working which was sad
