+: El desayuno que te preparaban cada mañana.La terraza con vistas y su entorno.
-: El encarecimiento de la reserva del vuelo en globo, según ellos era porque el día anterior no habían volado y no quedaban plazas. Y si la queríamos teníamos que pagar 40 euros más por persona de la reserva inicial cuando por wassap nos habían asegurado que no había problema y nos lo habían reservado. Tema actividades es un negocio (ya que solo aceptan dinero en efectivo).

-: Attention à bien comparer les prix pour les excursions car l’hôtel nous a proposé une excursion à 70€ par personne alors qu’il y avait la même à 40€ en ville

+: The welcoming was great. We came late around 10-11. Oscar, at the reception, explained everything to us about the tours, the balloons, and all the info we needed, and reserved for us the Atv tour as we wanted. In the sunrise were the hot air ballons, passing right out from our hotel and after In the morning we had an amazing breakfast that oscar made it and omelets freshly done.The tomatoes and peppers were organic.We met also Ismail was a great guy too welcoming aswell and they made our trip even more enjoyable. Restaurants are 2 minutes by walking. The city 4-5 min with taxi

+: Stunning location, can properly relax and take in the beauty. Very peaceful and serene. All staff very kind and helpful, greeting you with a smile, nothing is too much to ask. A special shout out to Ismail and ho went above and beyond to make sure we got our hot air balloon ride in the peak season!! You were amazing. If we ever go back to Cappadocia, we will definitely stay here again.

+: Amazing service and great location. We loved the early morning view of hot air baloon, the suite rooms we received had cave walls and theme (but flat roof), however it was very comfortable and spacious for 3 adults and a kid. Special thanks to the manager for providing a family atmosphere. He handled all things from taxi and Tour booking to local restaurant suggestion. Hats off to other staffs, particularly oscar for setting up the early breakfast and extra services with ease and promptness
