+: The pool access for our room - was nice to be at the pool. The food at the buffet was a good variety. Also Tayfan who worked at the bar opposite our room was attentive and took it upon himself to do serve drinks at the pool
-: We found reception staff (one lady in particular) rude and very unhelpful and uncaring.The resort has a night schedule of entertainment. Unfortunately you can’t to choose to enjoy it or not and rather it is so loud that you are forced to listen to it and be awake until it finishes which can be after 11:30. The room we stayed in was very noisy and so we heard all the drunken people shouting in the corridors or at the bar up and until after midnight. We also heard a fight. It was not relaxing. As it was noisy we then were woken early in the morning for breakfast with banging doors and chatter after being kept awake late. This was not relaxing.The all inclusive wine was not drinkable. We then bought the “Al a Carte wine” for a approx 30 Euros which would be considered a 7 pound bottle of wine in the UK. We didn’t consider the hotel to be 5 star i.e luxury all inclusive. We were disappointed.
