-: Die Zimmer sehen nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Super Fotograf am Werk - in Realität aber viel dunkler, und am Ende schlechter. Leider muss man das so sagen.

+: ROOM WAS BIG ENOUGH TO ACCOMODATE FAMILY

-: LOCATION IS GOOD BUT IF YOU WISH TO USE TRAIN THEN IT IS A BIG TASK TO WALK UPHILL WITH CHILDREN OTHER THEN THAT LOCATION IS CLOSE TO MANY ATTRACTIONS FACILITIES WERE REASONABLE BUT ROOM BED LAMPS WERE NOT WORKING AND WE MADE REQUEST TO CHANGE THE BULBS ON ARRIVAL AND DESPITE REMINDER DURING 4 NIGHTS STAY NOTHING WAS DONE. ROOM GLASS MIRROR WAS BROKEN AND WITHIN THE REACH OF CHILDREN BUT AGAIN DURING 4 DAYS NOTHING WAS DONE, NOT EVEN BROKEN PIECE WAS COVERED AND WE HAD TO KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THAT SIDE TO AVOID ANY SITUATION.

-: Pagamento solo cash con la scusa del pos non funzionante ( era acceso e funzionante), colazione scarsa (ad esempio un solo succo per tutti e quando finiva non lo cambiavano), letto che ad ogni movimento sembrava si rompesse.
