+: Beautiful setting in a very desirable location. The staff treated us very well, the rooms were unique and comfortable, the massages at the hammam were great! Definitely get up early one morning to watch the hot air balloons, it was magical.

+: This is a lovely property, far away from the tourist crowds of Goreme! But its easily accessible to all the locations – all tourist locations of Goreme, balloon rides early in the morning, Uchisar castle, etc. It is a perfect setting for a family or group stay. The rooms are spacious and isolated from one another. Though not inside the caves, it does give you the feeling.The staff is very helpful – we arrived around midnight but were assisted with all our heavy bags down the stairs! They have a good breakfast spread and the setup has a view of the valley! Strongly recommend the hotel for your travels!

+: Posto caratteristico e tranquillo (facendo un giro tra i corridoi e gli spazi comuni sono anche riiscita a perdermi!) Bella vista che, dalla sala colazioni, da' sulla valle e giardinetto molto ben curato per rilassarsi.
-: La "sabbia" che dal soffitto a volta si posava sul letto e un po' ovunque. Credo che sia comunque dovuto alla caratteristica pietra della quale sono fatti gli edifici.

+: My family and I liked every single thing about Kale Konak inside and out. The cave room was perfect for our family, very comfortable and plenty of space (the kids loved that they had their private space). I slept so well, that every morning I felt really refreshed. I wasn't expecting the shower to be so good, but is was actually awesome. Every corner of the Hotel is wonderful. We could see that the owners really paid close attention to every detail. Although the hotel is right across Uchiçar Castle, a popular touristic attraction, it wasn't crowded at all. The fact that the location was not as busy as Goreme (15 min away) was perfect for us. The breakfast was terrific! Personally, I am not a big fan of buffets, so I was very pleased by the way they served the breakfast every morning. Delicious, fresh, home made and intimate. My daughter is a very picky eater, very hard to please, and still she loved going to breakfast every morning. We all had an awesome time and wish we could have stayed for longer. The room design, the landscape, the gardenterrace, the view, the music playing in the background, the cute cats and kittens... Leaving Kale Konak was not easy... If you are considering Kale Konak, don't think twice.
