+: Traveled in Nov 2023, stayed just for one night. Amazing sea view! Super close to the beach, beautiful promenade running between the hotel and the beach, so you can have a nice walk after the dinner.

-: There were strange yellow stains on the towels. The room was very stuffy, we slept with the window open (and this is in November! Imagine what it’s like there in the summer). Dinner and breakfast are not the most varied and of high quality and overall food experience wasn't a 5-star. Non-alcoholic drinks like coffee and tea leave much to be desired in terms of taste.

+: The pancakes.

-: The bartenders were rude. They pretend they don't understand English. They didn't serve us despite the fact that we paid all-inclusive, often ignored our requests and every single glass of drink was slammed on the table. We didn't feel comfortable at all. The receptionist ignored our request to provide us with shower gel, so we spent the whole week without shower gel.No one speaks English. Even the lady from reception pretended not to understand English when I asked about the shower gel.All staff seemed to be very unhappy to work there. The same food was served everyday.We won't return to this place and don't recommend anyone to go there.

+: We stayed a week with our grandmothers and a child of 7 years old. The stay was calm and nice for all the group. We had very helpful chef of guest service available by Whatsapp to organise all our needs (thank you for your great job, Margarita!). Clean sea, enough and cozy sunbeds at the beach and around the pool (but the hotel was not fully booked). Great sun covers at the beach. Food is simple and repetitive but our group didn't suffer. In general the hotel is small cozy family size, the village around is very calm and very small also. Kids club has animation, but we didn't try. The hotel is well planned - evening animation zone is separated from the main hotel, so the rooms facing the sea don't have the noise in the evening.

-: Hamam didn't work, covered pool was sometimes closed. One slide was out of order. Short list of fruits all days : apple, plum, pear and mandarine. Short list of ice cream: choco, vanilla, strawberry. Table tennis equipment is to change. Free wine is very basic. thou Evening programme for kids starts at 21 (a bit late). Some mosquitos - limites stock of repellents for the rooms. Turkey has a wide range of 5 stars - Armas Labada is among the simple ones, though cozy and with nice ambience thanks to its location and staff

+: Staff, transfers, beach, swimming pools, all is perfect, room view is amazing, meal is very diverse and tasty. Especially I would like to highlight the customers satisfaction manager Margarita.

+: Poloha hotelu je velmi hezká nejvíce výstižné by bylo výborný poměr kvality a ceny samozřejmě nemůžeme čekat od hotelu za tuto cenu služby na špičkové personál u oběda a snídaně hovořil německy což bylo potěšení všichni byli ochotní bylo by fajn zlepšit fungování bufetu mimo obědů čekali se fronty na pizzu i na kebab Pokoje byly čisté a paní uklízečky výborné velice milé nás překvapila recepce která okamžitě při příjezdu nám sdělila že nám upgradovala pokoje zdarma na pokoje s výhledem na moře výborné a děkujeme

-: Nelíbilo se mi že personál u bazénu v baru a personál u bazénu v kuchyni by mohl lehce zrychlit neboť se na vše čekalo a nebylo to jednou velké mínus na pokoji bylo osvětlení na pokoji je velmi málo světla osvětlení je nedokonalé

+: Quoi dire je ne sais pas mais pendant notre séjour y a pas eu un seul point négatif. Vraiment parfait. Accueil Chaleureux du personnel vraiment au petit soin personnellement. Ils se tous inquiété de mon enfant qui était malade à mon arrivé. Emplacement de l’hôtel les équipements, les choix des repas…Si je cite tout ça fera un roman je pense. Je remercie toute l’équipe. J’en avais marre de changer d’hôtel maintenant c’est décidé je ne changerais plus.
