+: Loved the rooms. We had multiple rooms booked for a big group of us, and they were all luxurious and spacious. The whole hotel had a lot of charm. Perfect location as mentioned in earlier reviews, 5-10 minutes walking distance to all the attractionssites.Breakfast was tasty even though the spread was not too large. There is rear entry for airport transfers as the front of the hotel is located on a tramway street, so just let the hotel staff speak to the driver so that they know to drop you off where it is easy and accessible.

+: Dame am Empfang war extrem freundlich und sofort alle Wünsche erfüllt. War sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zimmerpersonal war ebenfalls freundlich. Lade des Hotels war sehr gut. Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Es war vielfältig und man hat versucht von allem etwas dazu zulegen. Icj wurde immer satt und geschmeckt hat es auch. Verstehe die negativen Kommentare nicht. Natürlich ist es nicht wie ein riesen Buffet wie in den großen All inklusive Hotels. Ich war sehr zufrieden, es hat geschmeckt und satt war ich ebenfalls :-)

-: Empfang am Abend war leider nicht wie die Dame am Vormittag. Glas in den Duschen wurden nicht (richtig) gereinigt, ebenfalls wie das Waschbecken.
