+: The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a nice view. The best thing for us was the breakfast; It was outstanding. Aminah, one of the chefs, was so awesome and she was vey helpful and always smiling and made the best omlettes. Housekeeping was very nicely done and housekeeping staff, Husain, was another awesome human being at this hotel. He was so helpful and always smiling and greating us. Everything else was just perfect.
-: We have only encountered one bad issue at this hotel. We once wanted to heat up some left over food and we asked the receptionist who let one of the hotel staff take us to the Champs restaurant in which they first hesitated to heat up our food but then after letting us sign some forms agreed to do it for us. We ordered some drinks from the restaurant and we asked the staff if it was okay to eat in the empty restaurant. However, we heard the guy manager almost yelling and getting mad at his staff and asking them to kick us from the restaurant We understood some Turkish and we heard him say that "let them eat at their rooms" we just checked out by then as informed by his staff. He said, "it is not my problem, I don't want them here". After hearing this, we voluntarily just left the restaurant. His staff felt bad and apologized to us. His rudeness was uncalled for and he did not even have the decency to talk to us directly. Rules are rules and we would have understood but he chose to be rude to us and his staff, who were trying so hard to help.
