+: Locatie is top. Vlakbij Taksim plein en bushalte van Havabus. Ontvangst was super door de heren Sasan en Ramazan. Wij zijn goed geholpen door beide heren. Verder was het hotel erg schoon en comfortabel. Kortom: ik zou dit hotel voor iedereen aanraden en kom zeker terug.

-: وقت الشتاء التكييف لا يعمل والجو يكون حار داخل الغرف حيث تصل الحرارة الى 27 درجة وان تم فتح النوافذ لا يمكنك النوم بسبب الازعاج من الخارج

+: L’emplacement est très bien à une minute de taksim square ,les chambres spacieuses et très propre , le personnel est souriant et au service surtout Mlle najoua elle est adorable et a l’écoute et la solution de tout vos problèmes je recommande d’après mon propre expérience

+: Location was so good and the room was big and comfortable. Breakfast had many options.
-: Information! On our first day we visited the Wellness and asked them to show us all they offer, they did not show the Jacuzzi. Then I saw the picture on booking and on our second day I asked the reception and they said it is closed!!! On the third and last day I asked the wellness again and they said yes you can use it!!! So we missed using it on 2 days because of misleading of staff. Our first day stay was my birthday, it would be nice to have a congrats :)

+: The hotel is barely a 5mins walk to Taksim Square. The overall look and feel of the hotel was very good. The lobby was very clean and had a a very luxury vibe to it. Would like to make a special mention about Mr. Turgut who went out of the way to resolve some issues with our booking. He was extremely helpful and courteous. We need more people like him in the hospitality industry.
