-: Avoid This Hotel - Misleading Photos and Terrible ExperienceI have visited Istanbul numerous times, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The toilet flushing noises from other rooms were loud and constant, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.The street noise was unbearable, with people talking and screaming until 3 AM. The facilities were poor, and the customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful. This hotel should be avoided at all costs.

+: Incredibly friendly staff - we originally booked for Meroddi Pera but due to issues with our room we were moved to another Meroddi hotel near Galata tower. Exceptional service - with one gentleman carrying our 2 x 20kg suitcases up 3 flights of stairs!! Great local advice and provided a delicious breakfast. Room was comfortable, with an especially luxurious bed. There was a beautiful view from our room which our porter took the time to point out key features to us.
-: It would have been really helpful to have a drying rack in the room for laundry - otherwise everything else was amazing!

+: Everything was exceptional. all the people working there, the room (in fact the apartment) was bigger than expected, confortable and clean. all the tourist need is in few blocks, If i come back to Istambul, i will go back here.

+: We booked two rooms in the property and they were exactly as in the photos. They get them cleaned every day and they brought fresh towels. The property is located in a very central point, 2 min walk from Galata tower and istiklal road and 20 min from taxim square. There is a metro station 5 min from the property and a tram station very close as well. The neighborhood has a lot of stores, coffee shops and restaurants. I would like to say many thanks to Husein in the reception, who was very polite and helped us with every question we had, and also Ethan who was very professional as well. I totally recommend this property and if I return back to the city, I would definitely choose to stay there again.
