-: Il y a un problème au niveau de la gestion. J'avais réservé des tours et des transferts de vers l'aéroport, on m'a oublié le jour de mon arrivée, je n'ai trouvé mon nom dans aucune des listes que tenaient les chauffeurs à la sortie de l'aéroport. J'ai dû stressé pendant qqs minutes, l'hotel était injoignable... J'ai finalement pris un des transports qui part dans la même région. Une fois à l'hotel, j'ai demandé à ce qu'on appelle le responsable pour échanger sur le problème du transfert à l'aéroport et là aucune considération, le monsieur me dit qu'il a bcp de mails et bcp de choses à gérer.. il me dit ainsi qu'il va assurer mon retour gratuitement, chose que j'avais déjà en gratuit car j'avais booké plusieurs tours avec eux, donc aucun geste commercial... Je ne recommande pas cet hotel à cause de la mauvaise gestion. En plus, les tours sont très chers par rapport au marché... J'ai rencontré d'autres tourists et j'ai appris que je me suis faite avoir sur le hot air balloom que j'ai payé 40 % plus cher pour 25 personnes en basket, alors qu'il y a d'autres agences qui l'organisent moins cher avec moins de personnes..Je vous recommande de bien benchmarker avant de réserver les tours.

+: L'hotel è posizionato una zona centralissima, comodissimo sia per prendere i mezzi pubblici, sia per prendere i taxi che per la scelta dei ristoranti dove andare a mangiare. Nonostante tutto questo è stata una bellissima vacanza e la Cappadocia è bellissima!
-: La pulizia dell'hotel lascia molto a desiderare. C'era una polvere in camera vecchia da giorni, lo stesso del bagno. Il mini frigo non funzionante, quando ho chiesto al ragazzo della reception di pulire la camera mi ha risposto che le pulizie si effettuano ogni due giorni, nonostante gli avessi chiesto espressamente di pulire perché la camera era molto sporca e piena di polvere. L'ultimo giorno a colazione abbiamo trovato una formica grande nel bicchiere di thè e un ragno nel piatto insieme alla frittata.

+: Mutadar the employee (reception, housekeeper) was amazing. He went above and beyond with keeping us comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. POV, the hot air baloon views from the hotel deck is absolutely breathtaking.
