+: Right next to the tram Gave us clean towels toilet paper and water on request
-: Firstly we booked 2 rooms and they were advertised as superior they werent ...Secondly the bathrooms are tiny barely able to stand in it and even get dressed..Thirdly glass frosted doors on thr bathroom not good if you want privacyBedding wasnt clean kids ddint end up sleeping in bed they slept on top and used clothing as blanket....Noise outside was horrendous every morning would get woken up by it ..we would have to keep window closed

-: It is difficult to get a taxi from Aksaray Metro to the hotel (vise versa) because it's merely 600m apart. The taxisUber drivers deem it a waste of their time. One must be prepared to chug their way through a crowd with their luggage.

+: The hotel is very close to the tram stop (T1 line) and the metro is also not really far. It is located in the district with many shops and only several stops from main historical sights. There is a nice view from the restaurant on the 7th floor. Late check out (12:00) is really good. Darkening room was perfect. The room offers everything you need for a shorter stay. Daily cleaning was good. And the room wasn't dirty. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
-: The room was quite small as well as the bathroom. It is OK for a short stay but for longer maybe someone needs a more spacious room. I have to say, daily cleaning was good but the hotel needs something like deep cleaning which contains carpets and windows. It is also nice if the owner can repair mall details like a broken mirror in the lift which can damage the overall impression. It can make the hotel perfect for perfect.

+: La ubicación es maravillosa. Estambul es una ciudad muy grande, y la localización nos hizo poder ver todo sin perder tiempo en desplazarnos. Muy cerca está la parada del tranvía, autobuses y estación. Por otro lado, el desayuno incluido es un plus, aunque no tuviera gran variedad, tiene lo esencial.
-: Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, aunque después de leer los comentarios me las esperaba mucho peor. Pudimos sobrevivir sin problemas de espacio una semana completa con dos maletas de 20kg.
