+: The apartments are in a great location. Central to everything and close to the beach. The apartments are very quiet and there are no sunbed wars. We could easily go down to the pool at 10am and have the pick of the sun beds. There is also no hard sell at these apartments unlike others we have stayed in. Acers primary business is the apartments and he has no interest is selling themed nights etc. It was a refreshing change.

-: There is not much to dislike about the apartments. Wi-Fi is in and out like every other place in Turkey. The only other small issue was that they do not sell food or ice cream. We had to go over the road to the Canal bar for lunch. The steps to the apartments on the top floor are a bit narrow. You need to take extra care with them. When we return, I will ask for a ground floor apartment. As the apartments were a bit quiet there were no other families for my kids to play with. However, plus side of that was reduced noise around the pool. Overall nothing much to really complain about.

+: The location of the apartments was probably the best in Icmeler and the owners could not have done a better job at looking after us during our stay, they were excellent. Thank you.

+: Located close to the beach. Uncrowded beach area. Very clean water. Wonderful garden at the pool and nice bar. Quiet and romantic atmosphere.

-: En 5 noches solo nos limpiaron la habitacion 2 dias, uno de los dias solo vaciaron las basuras y rellenar papel wc y el otro dia vaciaron la basura de la cocina pero no la del wc e hicieron la cama. En la habitacion pone que la limpieza es diaria excepto domingos y cada 3 dias cambio de toallas, ni estuvimos en domingo ni nos cambiaron las toallas durante 5 dias, ni tan siquiera nos rellenaron los jabones ni una vez.Tampoco habia en la cocina ningun estropajo ni jabon de limpieza ni trapo para esas labores lo que tuvimos que comprar. Los utensilios para cocinar y los cubiertos platos y vasos estaban muy sucios, tuvimos que limpiarlos todos antes de usarlos.(entiendo no estaban limpios porque los anteriores huespedes no tendrian ni jabon ni estropajo) y el personal de limpieza no parece limpie la cocina.No hay aire acondidionado en la habitacion.Faltan pinzas en la cuerda para tendre la ropa.La zona no nos gusto, mas que nada Porque es un pueblo preparado para turistas extranjeros ingleses, todas las tiendas, bares y animacion es para ellos lo que te hace parecer no estar en turquia ya que hasta los precios son en pounds, esto se que no es problema o culpa del hotel pero no me suele gustar visitar este tipo de sitios ya que apenas se ve turismo local o gente local.En las imediaciones la gente local coloca muebles,bicicletas, bidones en los parkings para que los turistas no aparquen los coches en sus zonas lo que ya crea cierta tension.La mampara del wc se salia cada vez que usabamos la ducha.
