+: The staff are amazingly friendly. The owner and his wife were so welcoming and went out of their way and made sure I had everything I required. I didn't use the pool, but it was spotless, with stepped access.
-: I was on my own. So put in a small room, which was ok but needed refurbishment. I was shown some of the larger, refurbished rooms which were excellent.

-: We purchased two nights in the family suite but was given the standard room without explanation. It wasn’t until we got up there and realised. Went back down to be told there’s no rooms to move us to, even though I already paid for the family suite. The standard rooms are cheaper but no refund. Wouldn’t return there, desperately needs updating.
