-: Every morning we have the same problem. Breakfast ends at 10.30, but there is always NO TEA at 10.10! We're not asking about special requests, fresh fruit, or desserts (you won't find that here), we're asking about the simplest Turkish tea. And I also wanted to add that- A Hamam is NOT free and it's more expensive than at downtown. - the swimming pool is NOT working, without water,- the view from the room is NOT of the city, but of the balconies of the natives who are drying their sheets.Hamam and the pool in the hotel description were the main factors why we chose this hotel, but both weren't provided. The hotel is overpriced.

+: Personalul foarte atent și respectuos, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și gata să te ajute.- locația aproape de toate punctele de interes- în ciuda aglomerației orașului găsești un loc de parcare la hotel cu ușurință- curățenie exemplară- gesturi de gazdă primitoare, te așteaptă cu dulciurele, fructe, apă i fiecare zi.
-: Micul dejun putea să fie mai diversificat, cât despre salamuri mai bn nu vorbesc. Deloc pe gustul meu, păreau toate făcute din compoziție de parizer dar turnate in forme diferite

-: Instalaciones. El hotel tiene mucho potencial porque es bonito, pero requiere de mantenimiento para mantener su puntuación de 4 estrellas. No era agradable desayunar, ya que en el hotel se alojan muchas personas que se van a realizar trasplantes de pelo a İstanbul y era como desayunar en un hospital.

+: C’est un bel hôtel avec une très belle vue depuis la salle du petit dej Chambre confortable sans plus Le petit dej en revanche n’est pas à la hauteur du lieu. Personnel agréable et à l’écoute

-: At one point my room started smelling like cigarettes because another tenant was smoking in a non smoking area. The staff was great and relocated me. Im not sure what consolation would have been made had another room been unavailable.
