-: I cannot recommend Orfeus Queen Spa! Staff is not professional at all 1. they are not acquainted with booking.com on the reception and the receptionist only wanted to see the "voucher". It took 2 hours of calling back and force to booking.com before I got the room. 2. Very rude: the receptionist was rude to everyone who asked smth. (ex. one woman nicely asked if they could bring more soap to the room as it was finished and he said: "Didn´t you bring your own or what?" 3. They do not speak any English at the reception. Food looks nice, but the quality of food and drinks is not so good. I cannot rate cleaning services as I stayed only one night. I moved out of the hotel after one night, I received the confirmation that refund policy will apply and agreed to that and the hotel is not paying the refund, giving different excuses every time to booking.com (they did not reply any email I sent them). I would recommend to stay away from this hotel, there are a lot of nice hotels in the area for the same price but better quality.
