-: Hluk na hoteli a hotelových izbách zo susedných izieb, sauna bola špinavá a pokazené dvere z ktorých prefukovalo,hodiny boli pokazené,pálená sauna nefungovala a na stenách s na zemi bola špina,staré uteráky ktoré nám poskytli boli už vrcholne neúctivé.Slabé ranajky veľmi slabý výber produktov.Za saunu sme museli ešte zaplatiť 10eur na osobu čo nám nikto nepovedal a ako klienti sme to mali mať v cene pobytu.

+: The cleaner and manager were the only helpful and kind people on staff!

-: The room we were given turned out afterwards not to be soundproofed, we couldn't sleep because of the snoring of the neighbour, and the windows were not plastic, so the noise of the street and the tram made it unlivable. There was no heating in our room and the receptionist at 11pm refused to help, saying we would have to wait until the morning to get another room. The staff ( apart from the manager ) were rude and phlegmatic, unhelpful. There was hardly anything left of breakfast by 9:00am, it was not refilled, the cold cuts were inedible and dry. I would not recommend to anyone, worst hotel of my life!!!

-: El personal muy bien en general, pero la persona que estaba en recepción era muy desagradable y antipática.

-: Super mal isoler on entendait tout malgré les fenêtres fermé…. La salle de bain : la baignoire boucher mais une fuite au niveau des tuyaux la salle de bain remplis d’eau après chaque douche pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain…. Le petit déjeuner honte de le dire mais vraiment degueulasse je déconseille fortement cette hôtel a éviter rien est au normes surtout si vous avez des enfants….
